Set your weekly timetable once with the spots, an instructor and a price if you want one. Members take a place and cancel in LINE or on the web; a full class closes by itself, you check people in on the day, and a 10-class package books classes too.
Set your weekly timetable once
Each class page has a Monday-to-Sunday grid, with as many times a day as you like: Monday 09:00 · Tuesday 09:00 and 18:00 · Wednesday 07:00. One Save creates the sessions ahead, as far as people can book. Give it a start and an end date, and copy a day to the others in a tap.

Full means closed for booking. Each session can have its own number of spots.
An instructor, or none
One instructor, a rotating one, or nobody named. An instructor teaching a class is never booked for something else at the same time.
A price, or none
Leave the price empty and members just take a place, with no price shown. Good for businesses paid at the door.
A photo and its own page
A class photo, a description and a live preview of the card customers see.
Members book and cancel in LINE
Your booking page has a Classes part with the coming sessions and the spots left. Members tap a session and are booked in, with a confirmation and a reminder in LINE. Members can cancel within your rules, and the spot opens for someone else.

Members with a package book a class with one session from it. Cancel within your rules and it comes back; attend and it counts as used. It works for priced classes and for classes with no price.

Questions about class booking
What kind of business is the Tellfox class booking system for?
Yoga and Pilates studios, gyms and group fitness, Muay Thai, tutors and workshops. A business with both one-to-one services and classes uses one booking page, with the two clearly apart.
Does every class need an instructor?
No. A class with no instructor shows no name on the booking page. With one, you choose whether customers see the name and photo of the instructor.
Can members cancel without asking you?
Yes, up to the time you set (say 12 hours before the start). The spot opens again and any package session comes back.
If I cancel a whole session, do I have to tell everyone?
No. Cancel it on your web pages or tell the assistant in LINE, and everyone booked is told by LINE or email.
Can I sell a 10-class pass?
Yes. Sell a package of a number of classes, valid for a number of days after purchase, and Tellfox counts what is left from the bookings. See packages.
