Customers pay cash, by transfer or by card at your counter. Record the sale on the customer's page, or tell the assistant "Som bought the 10× massage package, paid cash". You see the price, sessions and last day to check; once confirmed, the customer gets a "package bought" message.

When a customer with a package books a service or class it covers, Tellfox uses one session at once (the package ending soonest first). The booking has no price to pay, and the confirmation says how many are left.

Questions about packages
How does Tellfox count package sessions?
From the real bookings on that package: confirmed, completed and no-show bookings count; cancelled ones do not. So the number always matches the bookings.
Can one package cover several services?
Yes. A package can cover several services or classes, and each booking for any of these uses one session.
Where do customers see what is left?
On every booking confirmation, and on your booking page when customers book something the package covers.
Can I extend a package for a customer?
Yes. An owner or manager can move the last day to a later date from the customer's page.
Can I sell a package by LINE message?
Yes. Tell the assistant, for example "Som bought the 10× massage package, paid by transfer". You see a preview; once confirmed, the sale is recorded and Som is told.
