The whole week, saved once
On the class page, put the times in the week grid: Monday 9:00, Tuesday 9:00 and 18:00, Wednesday 7:00. Save once and Tellfox makes the sessions ahead, as far as your booking window. Each time can have its own spots and its own teacher, and you can add a one-off session for a special.

Private reformer sessions next to your classes
A private session is a service: customers choose a teacher or let you assign one. Your reformers are resources linked to that service, so a booking needs a free teacher and a free machine, and you never book more than you have. For a group reformer class, set the spots to the number of machines.

10-class packages for group classes and privates
One package can cover several classes and services. A customer with a package takes a spot and Tellfox counts one off; an in-time cancel gives it back, and attending uses it.

What happens when a class is full?
Once every spot is taken, that session closes. If someone cancels, the spot opens again at once. Spots are checked in the same step as the booking, so two people tapping at once never go over.
How do 10-class packages work?
Set the package up with the classes or services it covers and record the sale when the customer pays at the studio. When a customer takes a spot, Tellfox uses the package that ends soonest; an in-time cancel gives the class back.
Our teachers change from week to week. Is that OK?
Yes. Each time in the timetable can have its own teacher, or none. Customers see the teacher only if you choose to show the teacher.
How are private sessions and group classes different?
Group classes have a timetable and spots; customers take a spot in a session. Privates are services; customers pick a time when a teacher and a machine are free. Both are on the same booking page, in two clear parts.
How does check-in work?
Open the session and tap the names of the people who came. Checked-in customers get a stamp, and the package class counts as used.
