In the evening, Tonight shows which tables are free, booked or seated. Tables is an add-on per branch that you add yourself in your account, on Starter, Business and Pro.

Fewest and most seats, a shape, and whether a table can be booked online. Add T1 to T10 in one go.

Switch on table booking in a service such as "Table booking · 90 min", and one service covers every table at the branch.
Guests say how many, and get a table that fits
The booking page asks "How many guests?" first and shows only times with a table that fits. Tellfox picks the table with the fewest seats that is big enough, so a couple never takes an eight-seat table while a table for two is free. Guests can mention an occasion, a high chair or a wheelchair. A group bigger than your online tables sees your note with your LINE and phone.

How do I switch Tables on?
Add it yourself in Plan & add-ons, on the Add-ons tab, for the branches you want. It switches on once Stripe confirms, usually within a few minutes. The cost goes on your next invoice.
Can I take table bookings without the add-on?
Yes. Make a service per table size, such as Table for 2 and Table for 4, each with its number of tables. See restaurant table booking. The add-on adds the floor plan, the best-fitting table by party size, Tonight and table rules.
Do I need a new POS?
No. Tellfox works next to the POS you already have. The floor plan and Tonight open on a phone, an iPad or a computer you already own.
Is Tables on the Free plan?
No. Tables can be added on Starter, Business and Pro.
