Lesson booking for parents, in LINE
Parents see your teachers' free times and book a group class or a one-to-one lesson in LINE, with a reminder before every lesson. You book the weekly regulars, sell hour packages and see every student's hours left.
The admin work around your teaching
Book weekly lessons ahead for the term
For a student who comes every Tuesday at 5pm, the teacher or the office books each date ahead from the calendar, or tells the assistant in LINE. Each lesson is its own booking: the parent gets a confirmation and a reminder every time, and moving or cancelling one leaves the others unchanged.
- Parents choose the teacher, or the school assigns one
- Each teacher can teach different subjects
- Each teacher sees only that teacher's timetable and students
Small group classes with a timetable and spots
Set the class up once with a weekly timetable, like grade 9 maths every Saturday at 10, 8 spots. Parents see the spots left and book; full means closed. Every confirmation shows the hours left in the package.
- One-off sessions, like an exam crash course, on the class page
- Teacher can't make it? Cancel the session and everyone is told
- Take attendance on the session page
Hour packages that track the hours left
Sell 10 one-hour lessons, or 20 for the term. Record the sale when you are paid; every booking counts one off, and an in-time cancel gives the hour back.
Hour packages
10 hours, valid 120 days, for one-to-one lessons and the group classes you choose.

Questions from tutors and schools
My students come every week. Do parents book each lesson?
The teacher or office can book each date ahead, from the calendar or by telling the assistant in LINE. Each lesson is its own booking with its own confirmation and reminder, and moving one leaves the rest unchanged.
Can a parent book for a child?
Yes. The parent books in LINE or on the web. Pin the child's name, grade and anything the teacher should know as a note on the customer page; it shows on every booking.
Can I sell lessons by the hour?
Yes. Make a package of one-hour lessons or classes: 10 sessions is 10 hours. Each booking uses one, and every confirmation says how many are left.
I teach one-to-one and groups. Can I use both?
Yes. One-to-one lessons are services where parents pick a time the teacher is free; groups have a timetable and spots. Both are on the same booking page, and a teacher in a group class can't be booked one-to-one at the same time.
Can teachers share classrooms?
Yes. Set your classrooms up as rooms and link each one to the lessons. A booking needs a free teacher and a free room, so you never book more lessons than you have rooms.
