Guests open your event page, tap Register, enter a name and an email or phone number, or continue with LINE, and get a ticket with a QR code at once, by LINE or email. No app to download.

- The ticket opens again from the My tickets link
- The event page shows the places left and closes when full
Know who actually came
Scan QR codes at the door with a phone or an iPad. A good ticket shows green, a used one shows red. Guests who lost the ticket are found by name and checked in by hand. Afterwards, export everyone who registered and who came as a CSV file.

Questions about free events
Is posting a free event on Tellfox really free?
Yes. Free events are free to post on every plan, Free included, free tickets have no fee, and switching on Ticketing costs nothing.
How are messages to guests counted?
Tickets and reminders in LINE use your plan's LINE messages, like booking messages (Free 30 · Starter 200 · Business 1,000 · Pro 4,000 messages a month per branch). When those run out, guests with an email get them by email.
Can one event have free and paid tickets?
Yes. An event can have several ticket types, such as a free student ticket and a paid standard ticket. Free tickets have no fee; paid ones cost 3% of the price of each paid ticket, never more than ฿30, or nothing with Ticketing Plus. See Ticketing.
Do guests need LINE?
No. Guests can register with an email or phone number, and the ticket comes by email.
Who scans tickets at the door?
On the Free plan, you or a team member scan on a phone. On a paid plan, a front desk login sees only the Scan page.
