Start free, upgrade when you're ready

There is no trial with an end date. Every business starts on the Free plan: free for good, no card needed, and you can try the AI assistant 20 times.

You get 20 tries in all, per person: not per day and not per business. After that the assistant stops until you choose a paid plan. The AI your customers use (the search box on your booking page, AI answers in LINE chat and AI email replies) is not on Free.

Free does everything by hand; the AI assistant for every day comes with a paid plan. Limits: 1 branch, 1 person who signs in, 1 team member (the owner), 20 tries of the AI assistant, 30 LINE messages a month, 2 packages, 2 coupons, and a stamp card or points (one of the two). Free is for one business per person: a second business needs a paid plan to take bookings.

Each paid plan has its own daily allowance: Starter 30 · Business 100 · Pro 300 actions a day. Short answers and button taps are not counted, and nothing you do on your web pages is.

Confirmations and reminders in LINE count as your business's messages: Free 30 · Starter 200 · Business 1,000 · Pro 4,000 messages a month per branch. When those are used up, customers with an email get it by email, or you can buy more: 500 messages ฿99 · 2,000 messages ฿349 · 5,000 messages ฿790, packs never expire. You never pay LINE yourself.

No. Every business gets its own booking page at tellfox.app/b/your-name, with a link and a QR code, in every plan, the Free plan too. It works as your web page. See your booking page.

By card (it renews by itself) or PromptPay (we email the invoice each period). Upgrades apply at once and the difference is charged pro rata; downgrades apply at the next renewal. You can cancel and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
