Set the class up once with a weekly timetable. Each time can have its own coach, or no coach at all. While a coach teaches a class, nobody can book that coach for a PT session at the same time. Full classes close automatically.

Customers choose a personal trainer
PT is a service with "customers choose a person" on. Customers see the trainers' names and photos, then only the times that trainer is free, based on the trainer's hours, time off and classes. Sell 10 PT sessions at the counter and Tellfox counts one off at every booking.

Questions from gyms and camps
Our coaches rotate. Can each class have a different coach?
Yes. Each time in the timetable can have its own coach, or none. While a coach teaches a class, customers can't book PT with that coach at the same time.
How do visitors from abroad book?
On your web page in English. Visitors confirm the email address with a 6-digit code and get a confirmation with a calendar file and a reminder before the day. Visitors who use LINE can book in LINE too.
Can a PT package be used with any trainer?
Yes. A package covers a service, not a person, so customers can book any trainer who does that service, and Tellfox counts a session each time.
What about drop-ins?
Add a booking to the calendar even for a time that's passed, or give a stamp from the customer's page or the member QR. Drop-ins get a history and collect stamps.
Can I sell a monthly membership?
Sell it as a package, for example 30 classes valid for 30 days. Customers book classes until the sessions or the days run out.
