Cookie policy

Tellfox uses only a few cookies, each needed to keep you signed in or to remember a choice you made. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across websites.

What cookies are

Effective date: 20 October 2026

Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser. Tellfox uses them to keep you signed in and to remember the language or view you chose. They are needed for the service to work, so they don't need consent. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.

Booking pages (tellfox.app/b/… and customers' booking pages)

  • tf_cust: a signed customer session cookie, set after you sign in with LINE or email. It holds who you are (your verified LINE or email) so you can book and see your bookings without signing in again. Lasts 30 days; removed when you sign out.
  • tf_lang: the language you chose (Thai or English). Lasts 1 year.

When you ask for an email code, the booking page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are a person. When a booking page opens inside LINE, LINE's own LIFF may store data in the browser under LINE's policy.

Business account pages (app.tellfox.app)

  • tf_session: a signed session cookie for owners and their teams. Lasts up to 30 days and is checked with the foxworks account about every 15 minutes.
  • tf_line: used while you sign in with LINE, to prevent forged requests. Lasts 10 minutes.
  • tf_pending: used while you sign up. Lasts 30 minutes.
  • tf_lang: the language you chose. Lasts 1 year.
  • tf_cal: the calendar filter you chose (for example which team members are shown). Lasts 1 year.
  • tf_services_view, tf_classes_view, tf_packages_view, tf_resources_view: the grid or list view you chose on the services, classes, packages and rooms pages. Last 1 year.

The account pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which sets no cookie, but your browser sends your IP address to Google. When you pay for a plan you go to Stripe's pages, which use Stripe's own cookies under Stripe's policy.

The tellfox.app website and manual

The website and blog set no cookies. The manual remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme in your browser's localStorage, which is never sent to us.

Visitor statistics: we use no analytics or tracking cookies.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookies, you can't sign in or book while signed in. If you delete the language or view cookies, the defaults come back.
