From a new event to scanning at the door

Switch on Ticketing
You switch it on yourself in your account, at no cost.

Create the event
Name, photo, description, date and time, place, and ticket types such as Early bird and Standard, each with its own price, number for sale and selling dates.

Share the event page
Copy the link or share it in LINE. The link shows the event's photo, name and date.

Buyers pay by PromptPay
The amount comes from the ticket price. Buyers can upload a payment slip, and you confirm the payment.

Tickets go out
Each ticket has its own QR code, sent by LINE or email, and opens again from the My tickets link, with Add to calendar.

Open the Scan page on a phone or an iPad and scan each guest's QR code.
An event page to share and buy from
Every event gets its own web page, made for phones: a cover photo, date and time, the place with a map link, your business name and logo, the price and the tickets left. Buyers pick how many, enter a name and an email or phone number, or continue with LINE. No app to download and no account to make.

Scan tickets with a phone, no scanner needed
The Scan page opens the camera of a phone or an iPad in the browser. A good ticket shows green with the name and ticket type. Any other ticket shows red with the reason: already used (when, and who scanned it), not paid, cancelled, or for another event. Every QR code is signed by Tellfox, so a made-up ticket never works, and a ticket gets in once, even when two phones scan it at the same moment.

Questions about Ticketing
Do free events cost anything?
No. Free events are free to post on every plan, Free included, and free tickets have no fee. See free event registration.
What does selling paid tickets cost?
Two ways. Pay as you sell: 3% of the price of each paid ticket, never more than ฿30, so a ฿500 ticket costs ฿15. Or Ticketing Plus at ฿990 a month on Starter, Business and Pro: no fee per ticket, up to 1,000 paid tickets a month; a year costs ten months (฿9,900). Prices include VAT.
What is the ticket credit?
Money you top up in advance to cover the fee on paid tickets: ฿200, ฿500, ฿1,000 at a time, by PromptPay or card, or automatically. The fee is taken when you confirm a ticket's payment. You get ฿100 of credit when you first switch Ticketing on.
Why is the credit prepaid?
Because the ticket money goes straight into your account by PromptPay and never passes through Tellfox, so the fee comes from your credit instead. You never wait for a payout, and there is never a bill to pay later.
What happens when the credit runs out?
You are told when it runs low. Once it is empty, new paid sales pause until you top up. Free events, tickets already sold and scanning at the door keep working.
Do buyers need LINE or an app?
No. Buyers open the event page in any browser and enter an email or phone number, or continue with LINE. Tickets arrive by LINE or email.
How many tickets can one person buy?
Up to 10 per order. Each ticket has its own QR code, and all of them go to the buyer.
How do refunds work?
Cancel the ticket in Tellfox and return the money to the buyer yourself. The ticket goes back on sale, and its fee goes back to your credit.
