Sign in and invite your team

You sign in to your business pages at app.tellfox.app with your Tellfox account. There’s no password to remember: use LINE, or a 6-digit code sent to your email.

Sign in

Section titled “Sign in”

  1. Open app.tellfox.app on your phone or computer.

  2. Tap Continue with LINE, or type your email and tap Send me a 6-digit code.

  3. With email: open “Your Tellfox sign-in code is …”, type the code on Enter your code and tap Confirm. A code works for 15 minutes.

New here? Just tap Continue with LINE: your account is set up in one step. The first time you sign in with LINE, Tellfox asks for your email and sends a code to confirm it. Receipts and notices for your business go there.

Your businesses

Section titled “Your businesses”

After signing in, Your businesses lists every business you’re part of. None yet? Tap Create a business and enter the business name, its booking link, your name in the team and the business’s main language. An account can have up to 10 businesses. Switch with Switch business at the top of every page, or add one with Add a business.

Switch your account pages between Thai and English with TH / EN at the top.

Invite your team

Section titled “Invite your team”

  1. Open Team in the menu and tap + Add team member.

  2. Enter their name and role, and tap Add. Add their photo on their page.

  3. On their page, under Sign-in, tap Make an invite link (you can note who it’s for).

  4. Send them the link by LINE or email. It works once, for 7 days.

  5. They open it, sign in with their own LINE or email, and tap Join the team.

Link expired or sent to the wrong person? Tap Cancel the invite link and make a new one. A team member who never signs in can still be booked, like a therapist who never uses the system.

Roles

Role What they can do
Owner Everything, including the booking link, exporting the whole customer list and deleting customer data
Manager Run bookings, services, classes, packages, the team, customers, loyalty and coupons
Staff See their own calendar and the customers they serve, add notes, add stamps, use coupons and sell packages

A business always has at least one owner. Change a role with Change role on the person’s page. When someone leaves, tap Archive under Leaves the team; old bookings keep their name.
