Multi-session packages
A package is several sessions at one price, like “Thai massage ×10” or “Yoga 10 classes”, for services or classes you already have. Customers book as usual and the package pays for the booking.
Set up a package
Section titled “Set up a package”-
Open Packages in the menu and tap + New package.
-
About it: type the Name (Thai), the Name in English and a description.
-
What it includes: pick the services and classes the package pays for (grouped under Classes and Services). A customer can use it on any of them, one session each.
-
Sessions, price and validity: the number of sessions (1 to 999), the Package price (baht) and Valid for (days) (1 to 3,650). The page works out the price a session and how much the customer saves against paying one by one.
-
Tap Save.
A package is valid until the purchase day plus the days you set, in your business’s time zone. Changing the price, sessions or days later only affects packages sold from then on; packages already sold keep what the customer bought.
The Packages page lists each package with what it covers, its price and “12 sold · 5 in use”. A package you no longer sell can be archived with Archive this package; packages already sold keep working.
Sell a package
Section titled “Sell a package”The customer pays at your business (cash, transfer or card), and your team records the sale on the customer’s page:
-
Open Customers and open the customer.
-
Under Packages, tap Sell package.
-
Choose the Package and Paid by: Cash, Transfer or Card. Add a note if you like. The price is the one set on the package.
-
Tap Record the sale.
The customer gets a “Your package is ready” message by LINE or email. Anyone on the team can sell a package to a customer they can see; staff see customers’ packages without the amounts.
Sell online
Section titled “Sell online”Customers can also buy a package on your booking page and pay by PromptPay QR, straight into your account.
-
Add your PromptPay number in Settings → Payments (once).
-
Open the package under Packages and switch on Sell this package online. The package needs a price.
-
The package now shows under Packages on your booking page. The customer signs in with LINE or email, taps Buy and pay by PromptPay and pays with the QR code.
-
You get an email when the customer says it is paid or sends a slip. Open Packages → Online orders, check that the money arrived, then tap Confirm the money arrived.
The package is then issued to the customer like a counter sale paid by transfer, with the usual “Your package is ready” message. Its days count from the day you confirm. If the money never arrived, tap Refuse: nothing is issued.
How sessions are counted
Section titled “How sessions are counted”When a customer with a package books a service or class it covers, the booking page shows Use my package (7 left), already ticked. That booking has no price, and its confirmation says “Package: Thai massage ×10 (6 left)”.
| The booking | The package session |
|---|---|
| Booked, still to come | Held for that booking |
| Completed or attended | Used |
| No-show | Used |
| Cancelled | Goes back into the package |
- Several packages? Tellfox uses the one that ends soonest.
- A moved booking keeps its package as long as the package is still valid on the new date.
- When an owner or manager adds a booking on New booking, or adds someone to a class session, Use package is offered there too.
- On the customer’s page each package shows “6 left” and “3 used · 1 held for a booking · Expires 31 Jan 2027”.
Customers see their own packages under My packages in My bookings.
Extend or cancel a sale
Section titled “Extend or cancel a sale”Owners and managers do this under Packages on the customer’s page:
- Extend: choose the New last day and tap Extend. An expired package can be extended too.
- Cancel sale: type a Reason and tap Cancel this sale. A sale can be cancelled only while no session has been used or booked from it.
Messages to the customer
Section titled “Messages to the customer”| When | Message |
|---|---|
| The sale is recorded | Your package is ready |
| 7 days before the last day (with sessions left) | Your package ends soon |
| 1 session left | One session left |
Each goes once; after an extension, “ends soon” goes again for the new last day. These are service messages, so they need no consent to offers. They carry Book and buttons to call or chat with you.
