My cards

This page is written for the customers of businesses that use Tellfox.

My cards holds your stamps, points and coupons from every business you book with that has loyalty, so there’s no paper card to carry. Open it at tellfox.app/my/cards/ or with the My cards tab in My bookings. Sign in the same way, with LINE or your email.

With one card, it opens at once. With several, tap Open card on the one you want. Opening a card the first time makes you a member of that business, and some businesses give a welcome gift.

Your member QR

Your member QR is at the top of the card. Show it at the counter for stamps and coupons.

  • Make it bigger: a larger QR the staff can scan easily.
  • Make a new QR: if someone saw or photographed your QR. The old one, and any photo of it, stops working.

The QR only says who you are: the business’s staff add stamps or use coupons. Anyone else who scans it sees nothing about you.

Stamps

Your stamp card shows “7 of 10 stamps” and “3 more for” the reward. You get your stamps by yourself when you come to your bookings. When the card is full, the reward is in your coupons. A card with a time limit shows “This card is valid until” a date.

Points and rewards

  1. Under Points, tap See rewards.

  2. Tap Get it on a reward you have enough points for.

  3. Check your points before and after, then tap Get it (or Not now).

  4. The reward coupon goes into your card. Show your QR at the counter to use it.

Coupons

Section titled “Coupons”

Coupons are split into Active, Used and Expired. Each says where it came from (A gift from the business, A welcome gift, A birthday gift, Got with points, and so on), what it’s for, its terms, and “Until” a date.

To use one: show your member QR at the counter. The staff take it off the price and mark it used.

Add your birthday

If the business has a birthday gift, your card asks “Add your birthday and get a gift from” the business. Pick your birthday and tap Add. Your gift comes in your birthday month. You add it once; if it’s wrong, ask the business to change it.
