Run several businesses

One Tellfox account can own up to 10 businesses: a spa and a nail bar, say, or a studio in two names. Each business is fully its own: its own services, team, customers, loyalty, booking link and settings.

Switch in the account pages

1. At the top of any page, tap the business name. It shows your role there (Owner, Manager or Staff).

2. The list shows every business you belong to, with your role in each. Tap one to open its calendar.

3. To start another business, tap Add a business at the bottom of the list. You fill in the same form as for your first one (see Sign up and sign in).

When you sign in and belong to more than one business, you start on Your businesses, a list to pick from.

Note

You can have a different role in each business: the owner of your own spa and a staff member at a friend’s salon. Each business only shows you what your role there allows.

Switch in LINE

The assistant works on one business at a time. When you’re on more than one team:

1. Tap Help in the LINE menu (or type help).

2. Under the examples it says which business you’re on now, with a button for each of your other businesses.

3. Tap the one you want. The assistant answers “Now working on Baan Nails.” Everything you send from then on is about that business, until you switch again.
