Book a customer by LINE message
A regular calls, or asks in your own LINE chat. You don’t need to open the calendar: tell the assistant and it books them. Owners and managers can do this.
Book a customer
Section titled “Book a customer”-
Send who, what and when, e.g.
Book Som for Saturday 2pm Thai massage. Add a person if you like:… with Ploy. -
If something’s missing, the assistant asks: “Which service?” (with your services as buttons), “Which day and time?” or “What time on 24/10?”.
-
Check the preview, Booking for Som: the customer, the service and price, the day and time, the person, and “The customer gets the booking confirmation.”
-
Tap Confirm: “Booked (reference TF-K7M2Q).” The customer gets the confirmation by LINE or email.
When the time isn’t free
Section titled “When the time isn’t free”The assistant asks the booking engine, the same one your booking page uses. It never squeezes a booking into a taken time.
- Taken: “14:00 is not free. The nearest free times:”, with the free times as buttons. Tap one.
- Nothing free that day: “Nothing is free on 24/10. Try another day.”
- Taken while you were looking: “That time was just taken. Try another one.”
Finding the customer
Section titled “Finding the customer”| What happens | What you see |
|---|---|
| One customer matches | Shown on the preview |
| Several match (“Som”) | “There are several customers called “Som”. Which one?“ with one button each: last visit, its service and the last 4 digits of the phone |
| Nobody matches | “No customer called “Peter”. Try another name or a phone number.“ |
A new customer needs a profile first: send Add Peter as a new contact, 081 234 5678, then book. See Customers and notes.
