Book on the web with your email

This page is written for the customers of businesses that use Tellfox.

Don’t use LINE, or opened the link on a computer? You can book on the web too. You confirm your email once with a 6-digit code; there’s no password to make.

Book with your email

Section titled “Book with your email”

  1. Open the business’s link in your browser, like tellfox.app/b/business-name/.

  2. Pick the service or class, the person (if offered), the day and the time.

  3. Type your Name, Email and, if you like, your Phone and a Note for the business.

  4. Tap Email me a 6-digit code.

  5. Open the email “Your confirmation code is …”, type the code in 6-digit code and tap Confirm and book.

You get a confirmation email with View your booking, Reschedule and Cancel, and a booking.ics file to add it to your calendar.

About the code

Section titled “About the code”
  • A code works for 15 minutes. If it has expired, tap Send a new code.
  • Typed the wrong email? Tap Change email.
  • Can’t find the email? Look in your spam folder.
  • After several codes or wrong tries in a row, wait a moment and try again.

After your first code, that browser remembers you. Next time the page says “Booking as” with your email, and you just tap Book now. Not you? Tap Not you?.

Use LINE in your browser

Section titled “Use LINE in your browser”

The booking page on the web has a Continue with LINE button. If you have LINE, tap it instead of typing your email, and your confirmations and reminders come by LINE.
