Stamps, coupons and packages by message

At the counter there’s no time to open a laptop. Tell the assistant what happened and it updates the customer’s card, coupons or packages. The numbers always come from your loyalty and package settings: the assistant only reads your request.

Give a stamp

After Confirm: “Som has a new stamp.” When the card fills up: “… The card is full and the reward is theirs.” Everyone on the team can give stamps.

The count comes from the stamp card itself. A retried Confirm never gives two stamps.

Give a coupon

Section titled “Give a coupon”

Owners and managers can give one of your coupons to a customer:

Give Peter a coupon “Which coupon?”, with your coupons as buttons

The preview ends with “The customer is told (if they agreed to offers).” After Confirm: “Som has the coupon.” It’s in her wallet in LINE.

Mark a coupon as used

Section titled “Mark a coupon as used”

Som used her birthday coupon The preview Use Som’s “Birthday”, with its end date
Peter used a coupon “Which coupon was used?” when he has several

After Confirm: “Som’s coupon is used.” If she has none: “Som has no coupon to use right now.” Everyone on the team can do this.

Sell a package

Section titled “Sell a package”

Record a package a customer bought and paid for at the counter:

Peter bought a package “Which package?” then “How did they pay?” with Cash, Transfer and Card
Price, sessions and the last day come from the package, never from the message.

After Confirm: “Som has the package, valid until 20/01/2027.” Everyone on the team can record a sale.
