Attendees, payments to confirm and messages

Open an event under Events › All events. The top shows Sold, Waiting for payment, Checked in, Visits → orders and Money confirmed.

Confirm a payment

A buyer who pays by PromptPay can send a slip or tap I’ve paid. You get an email, and the order shows under Waiting.

1. Open the order under Attendees › Waiting. Tap View slip if there is one.

2. Check that the money is in your account.

3. Tap Confirm payment. The tickets are sent to the buyer at once. If the money never came, tap Not received: the order is cancelled and the seats go back on sale.

An order nobody pays for runs out by itself after the Time to pay, unless the buyer sent a slip.

Cancel

Cancel order or Cancel this ticket stops the tickets working and puts the seats back on sale. Cancel the event cancels every ticket and sends every buyer a message. Refunds happen outside Tellfox: return the money yourself.

The attendee list

Search by name, phone, email, order number or a ticket’s code, and filter by tab. Download CSV gives one line per ticket.

Messages to buyers

Buyers get the tickets by LINE (for a buyer who came from LINE) or email, one reminder before the event, and a message if the event is cancelled. Set when the reminder goes under Settings › Notifications.

Note

LINE messages to buyers count toward your plan’s LINE messages, like booking messages. Past them, a message goes by email when the buyer gave one.
