Look at, move or cancel a booking
This page is written for the customers of businesses that use Tellfox.
Every confirmation (in LINE or by email) has a View your booking button that opens Your booking straight away, with no sign-in. It shows when, the service, the person, the price and the reference.
Move it
Section titled “Move it”-
On your booking, tap Move to another time.

Pick a new day and time (if you chose a person, you’ll see Same person).

Tap Move it to this time.
You get a “Your booking has moved” message with the new time and the old one. A place in a class can’t be moved: to change session, cancel and book another one.
Cancel it
Section titled “Cancel it”-
Tap Cancel the booking.

Add a Reason (optional).

Tap Yes, cancel it.
You get a “Booking cancelled” message with Book again.
Too late to change it yourself
Section titled “Too late to change it yourself”Each business sets until how many hours before the booking you can move or cancel it yourself. Your booking page says so, like “You can move or cancel until Wed 21 Oct, 14:00.” After that it says “It’s too late to move or cancel yourself. Please contact the business.” with Call and Contact the business.
Add it to your calendar
Section titled “Add it to your calendar”Tap Add to calendar (.ics) for your phone or computer calendar, or Add to Google Calendar.
Tell the business you’re coming
Section titled “Tell the business you’re coming”Your reminder has an I’ll be there button. Tap it, then I’ll be there on the page “Confirm you’ll be there”, and the business sees at once that you’re coming. If you don’t tap it, that’s fine: your booking stays as it is.
