Your plan
Each business in Tellfox has its own plan. Plan & add-ons in the menu of your business pages is the place for that business’s plan, add-ons, LINE messages and payments, each on its own tab.
Your account
Section titled “Your account”- One Tellfox account can have up to 10 businesses, and each business has its own plan.
- Open Plan & add-ons for the business you’re in. Switch business with Switch business at the top of every page.
The Free plan
Section titled “The Free plan”- Every new business starts on the Free plan. It is free for good and needs no card. Everything works by hand on your business pages, and customers book and get confirmations and reminders.
- On Free you can try the AI assistant 20 times in all. The 20 tries are counted per person, on your Tellfox account, not per day and not per business. After the 20th try the assistant stops and sends a short message with a link to Plan & add-ons. Choose a paid plan and it works again, with all your data.
- The AI that your customers use is not on Free: the search box on your booking page, AI answers in LINE chat and AI email replies.
- Free also has 1 branch, 1 person who signs in, 1 team member and 30 LINE messages a month.
One branch and one business on Free
Section titled “One branch and one business on Free”- One branch. The Free plan has one branch open. When a business with several branches moves back to Free (a payment is late or the plan is cancelled), the other branches pause: they take no new bookings and leave the booking page. Nothing is deleted, and bookings already made still happen.
- Pick the branch that stays open on the Branches page: Keep this one open instead on a paused branch. You can also close a paused branch for good.
- Choose a plan and every paused branch opens again by itself. The Plan tab shows them before you pay, and they are on the first invoice.
- One free business per person. Your Tellfox account can hold up to 10 businesses, but only one on the Free plan: the oldest one. Another free business takes no online bookings and has no LINE messages of its own until you choose a paid plan for it. You still open and run it by hand, and nothing is deleted. The Plan page of that business says which business is on Free.

Prices include 7% VAT. A year costs ten months. The same numbers are on the pricing page.
Add-ons
Section titled “Add-ons”Add-ons are bought per branch under Plan & add-ons › Add-ons, on every paid plan (not on Free). Your plan decides how much of each you get: see the last rows of the table above.

- Queue on Starter: the Small size, one line per branch, no joining from outside the shop, and Analytics shows today only. Business and Pro have every size, up to 10 lines, joining from outside the shop and every Analytics tab.
- Tables: the same price on every paid plan. The plan sets how many tables and areas a branch can have.
- Moving to Starter: a Medium or Large queue becomes Small at the renewal (you see this before you confirm). Tables and areas you already have keep working, but you can’t add more past Starter’s numbers.
- Cancelling: add-ons work until the end of the period you paid for, then stop with the plan.

Pay, change or cancel
Section titled “Pay, change or cancel”Open Plan & add-ons in the menu. Change plan on the Plan tab; cards, receipts and cancelling are on the Payments tab. Only an owner can change the plan or pay; a manager can look, and staff don’t see the page.
- Pay by card: Stripe’s page opens, the plan renews by itself.
- Pay by PromptPay: Stripe can’t charge PromptPay by itself, so each period’s invoice is emailed to you and you have 7 days to pay it.
- Go up a plan: it takes effect at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
- Go down a plan: it starts at the next renewal. Until then you keep the plan you paid for.
- Yearly to monthly: only when the year renews.
- Cancel: the plan works until the end of the period you paid for, then the business is on the Free plan. Keep the plan takes the cancellation back.
- Cards and receipts: Cards and receipts opens Stripe’s page to change your card and download receipts.
The plan only changes when Stripe confirms a payment, so after you pay it can take a moment to show. Refresh the page.
If a payment is late
Section titled “If a payment is late”When the paid period ends without a payment you get an email a day later. You keep the plan for 7 days while you pay. If it is still unpaid after that, the business goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and paying later brings the plan back.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”The Plan tab shows what you have used and your next bill, with each add-on on its own line. When you reach a limit you can’t add one more of that thing (a team member, a package, a coupon…) and the message says which plan allows more. After you move to a lower plan nothing is removed or switched off; you just can’t add more until you are under the new limit.

Section titled “More LINE messages”If you run out of the month’s LINE messages, buy a pack on the LINE messages tab. It is used after the month’s messages and never expires. See Monthly LINE messages.
