Stamp and point boosts

A boost is a rule on top of your stamp card or your points. You never copy or change the card for a promotion: set the boost, and when it ends it stops by itself.

Examples: double stamps in November at one branch. Double points this week. “Colour treatment always gives 2 stamps.”

Open Loyalty. Stamp boosts are on the Stamp card tab; point boosts are on the Points and rewards tab.

  1. Tap Add a boost.

  2. Stamps: type how many extra stamps each visit gets (1 makes double stamps). Points: pick a multiplier (×2 makes double points). Points stay whole numbers, rounded down.

  3. Pick the first day and, if it ends, the last day. Leave the last day empty and the boost runs until you switch it off. Days count in your business’s time zone, and the last day is included.

  4. With more than one branch, choose All branches or only some.

  5. Choose Everything that earns or only some services, classes and packages. One service with no last day makes “this service always gives 2 stamps”.

  6. Tap Save boost.

A boost adds to what a visit already earns. A visit that earns no stamp gets none, and a visit paid with a package earns no points to multiply. If two boosts apply to the same visit, the best one counts; they don’t add up.

If a booking is cancelled or marked a no-show after it earned, the boosted stamps and points are taken back with it.

Customers see a banner on their card while a boost is running, like “Double stamps at Sukhumvit until 30 Nov”.

On a coupon’s page the owner can choose Valid at: all branches, or chosen ones. A reward gives a coupon, so a reward is limited by its coupon. A coupon limited to some branches is refused at the others. The owner can use any coupon anywhere.
