Sign up and sign in to Tellfox

Your Tellfox account lives at app.tellfox.app. There are no passwords to remember: you sign in with LINE, or with a 6-digit code sent to your email. The same page signs you up the first time.

Tried Tellfox in LINE already?

Tap Make it my business on your try card instead. It signs you up and creates the business with your services and hours in one go. See Try before you sign up.

Sign in (or sign up)

With LINE

1. Open app.tellfox.app and tap Continue with LINE.

2. Allow Tellfox in LINE. LINE also offers to add the Tellfox account as a friend: say yes, that’s where your assistant lives.

3. The first time, enter your email. We send a 6-digit code to confirm it; your receipts and business notices go to that address too.

With email

1. Open app.tellfox.app, enter your email under Or use your email and tap Send me a 6-digit code.

2. Enter the code from the email and tap Confirm. The code works for 15 minutes.

3. No email? Tap Send a new code, or Change email if there’s a typo.

Use LINE at least once

The LINE assistant knows you by the LINE account you signed in with. If you signed up with email, sign in once with Continue with LINE too: both then open the same account.

Create your business

After you sign in for the first time, Your businesses asks you to start. Tap Create a business and fill in:

Field	What to enter
Business name	The name customers know, up to 60 characters
English name	Optional: shown to customers who use English
Booking link	The end of your link, tellfox.app/b/...: lower-case English letters, digits and hyphens, at least 3 characters
Your name in the team	How you appear on the calendar and to customers who choose a person
The business’s main language	Thai or English: the language the LINE assistant uses with your team
Time zone	Asia/Bangkok is set for you

Tap Create business. You land on the Calendar of your new business. Everything here can be changed later in Settings.

After creating the business you start on the calendar. The menu on the side has everything else.

Find your way around

The menu has three groups:

• Calendar, Bookings, Activity, Customers, Loyalty: the daily pages.
• Services, Classes, Packages, Resources: what you offer.
• Team, Settings, Plan & add-ons: the business itself.

At the top you’ll find the business switcher, TH / EN to change the language of the pages, and Sign out.

Next steps

1. Add the Tellfox LINE account as a friend (LINE offers it when you sign in with LINE). The assistant then offers a short setup chat.
2. Add your services: send a photo of your price list in LINE, or use Services.
3. Share your booking link.
