Add services from a photo of your price list

The fastest way to fill your service list is the price list you already have. Send a photo of it to Tellfox in LINE and every line becomes a service, in one preview.

Your whole price list at once

1. Send a photo of your price board or menu, or a screenshot (a Facebook post, a web page, a PDF menu). Typing works too: Thai massage 60/90 min 500/700, foot massage 400.

2. Check the preview: one numbered line per service with its length and price, and who will do them.

3. Change anything in plain words, then tap Confirm.

A photo of the board becomes one preview. Foot massage had no length, so it gets 60 minutes, marked as a default.

How the list is read

A list can hold up to 40 services.

Change it before you confirm

Write what’s different, as you’d say it. The assistant sends the whole list again with the change:

• the second one is 800
• the third one is 90 minutes
• remove the last one
• call number 4 Aromatherapy oil massage

After Confirm

Each new service is made and can be booked straight away: “4 service(s) added. Your booking page: tellfox.app/b/baan-spa”. New services are done by everyone on the team who takes bookings (the Done by line). Confirming the same list twice adds nothing twice.

The preview says so. Add a team member who can be booked (or switch on Customers can book them for yourself) on the Team page, so the services can be booked.

Add one service

Say it in one line: New service: Thai massage 90 min 800. If something’s missing, the assistant asks: “How many minutes is Thai massage?” or “What does Thai massage cost? (Say “skip” for no price.)“

After Confirm: “Thai massage is added. It can be booked at tellfox.app/b/baan-spa”.

Change a service

The assistant changes the name, the length and the price. If a new length would clash with bookings already made, it asks you to make the change in the account pages, where you see those bookings.

Tip

The photo, description, who does each service, booking rules and capacity are set on the service’s page in Services. Weekly classes are made with a message like yoga every Tuesday 6pm, 12 people, 300 baht: see Classes.
