Automatic coupons
Automatic coupons give themselves, with nothing to remember: welcome new customers, wish them a happy birthday and invite back the ones who stopped coming. Each kind is off until you switch it on and pick the coupon.

If you haven’t yet, make the coupon to give, like “Birthday 20% off”.

Open Loyalty and go to the Automatic coupons tab.

Switch on the kind you want and Pick a coupon (one that is on and hasn’t ended).

Tap Save.
Each kind shows how many times it has been given, and when last.
The three that give themselves

- Birthday: the page shows how many members have a birthday, and how many fall next month. Members without one are asked in My cards: “Add your birthday and get a gift from (your business)”. A birthday entered on the customer page counts too.
- We miss you: set the days under After … days without a visit. The page tells you how many members would get it if you switched it on now.
The messages
Section titled “The messages”Welcome, birthday and we miss you each send one message per coupon: by LINE if the customer is a friend of Tellfox’s LINE account, otherwise by email. They count towards your monthly LINE messages. A customer who said no to offers still gets the coupon, just without the message.
Everyone: one coupon for all members, once

Under Everyone, pick a coupon.

Tap Give to all N members and confirm (it can’t be undone).

The page says “Giving the coupon to N members. It finishes within a few minutes.”
- It goes to the members of that moment. Pressing again while it runs is the same run, and pressing again later gives nobody a second one.
- No message is sent: the coupon waits in their My cards.
- Earlier lists each run. If the coupon is switched off or ends part way, the run stops and says so.
