Try Tellfox before you sign up

You can see Tellfox working for your own business before you make an account. Send your price list to Tellfox in LINE, and a moment later you get your own booking page, with real free times you can tap. If you like it, one button turns it into your business.

How to try it

1. Add the Tellfox LINE account as a friend: add Tellfox on LINE, or scan the QR code on tellfox.app.

2. Tellfox says hello: “Send me a photo of your price list (or just type your services) and I’ll show you how booking looks for your customers.” The buttons Show me an example and How it works explain more.

3. Send your price list in any of these ways:

   • a photo of your price board or menu,
   • a screenshot (a Facebook post, a LINE chat, a web page, a PDF menu),
   • a typed list, such as Thai massage 60 min 500, 90 min 700, foot massage 400,
   • a voice note saying the same.

4. Answer one question: When are you open? Tap Daily 10:00-20:00, Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Tue-Sun 10:00-20:00, or I’ll type it and write your hours. If your photo shows the opening hours, Tellfox uses those.

5. You get a card with your services, your hours and three buttons: Open my booking page, Change it and Make it my business.

Nothing is guessed silently: anything Tellfox had to fill in itself is marked as a default.

Your preview booking page

Open my booking page opens a preview of your booking page, with a Preview banner on top. It shows:

• your services with free times for the next 7 days, worked out by the same engine your real booking page uses,
• your classes with their coming sessions,
• your opening hours.

Tap a time to see what your customer would see, and what you would get as the owner. Nothing is booked: it’s a preview. You can share the preview link with a partner or a friend to show them.

Tap Change it, or just write what’s different:

• the second one is 800
• remove the last one
• closed Mondays
• call it Baan Spa

You get the card again with the change. Changes don’t count as new tries.

Make it my business

1. Tap Make it my business on the card. The sign-up page opens in LINE.

2. LINE signs you in. If you’re new to Tellfox, enter your email and the 6-digit code we send you.

3. Fill in only what’s needed: the Business name, an English name (optional), your Booking link (tellfox.app/b/..., lower-case letters, numbers and -, at least 3) and the Main language. Tick the box to accept the terms of use and privacy policy.

4. Tap Open my business.

Your new business has the services (done by you, so they can be booked straight away), the classes and the opening hours from your try. Tellfox then tells you in LINE: “Your booking page is open: tellfox.app/b/your-name. Try booking it yourself.”, and your LINE menu changes to the owner menu.

Good to know

• Each person can make 3 tries. Changing a try with Change it doesn’t use one up.
• A try that doesn’t become a business is deleted after 7 days, with its photo.
• Only the LINE account that made the try can turn it into a business.
• Some kinds of services can’t be shown on Tellfox. A list with one of them gets no preview page.
• Tellfox writes to you in the language your LINE app is set to.

Just want to see a booking page?

Try a demo business right away: a spa, salon, clinic, yoga studio, tutor, gym, pet hotel or cafe. Type any name. No real message is sent, and a demo booking is deleted within 30 minutes.
