Queue analytics and busy times
Analytics shows the branch’s queue in tabs, and every figure is set against last week. Owners and managers can open it. A day’s figures are added once the day is over.
The tabs
Section titled “The tabs”| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Today | Waiting now, tickets, served, average wait, and walked away / skipped, against the same day last week |
| Busy times | Tickets per day on average by weekday and hour over 4 weeks, the busiest times with a hint to plan an extra person at the desk, and party sizes |
| Flow | The last 7 days: took a number, served, left, booked a time instead, skipped, no-show, the promised vs real wait, booked customers, remote joining, and where tickets came from (door QR, added by staff, from afar, booking) |
| Customers | Tickets of known customers, walk-ins who became customers, returning customers and booked customers |
| Money | Revenue served from the queue, revenue lost to walk-aways (estimate), guests served, and booked vs walk-in |
Money without service prices
Section titled “Money without service prices”Money comes from the services’ prices. Where a ticket has no service price, a restaurant for example, enter the Average spend per guest (baht) in Queue settings. The Money tab then estimates from it and says it is an estimate.
How long it is kept
Section titled “How long it is kept”Tickets are deleted 7 days after they end, but the hourly figures are kept for good, so last week’s comparison and the busy times stay complete. A known customer served from the queue also counts as a visit in the customer’s history.
