Set up your services

A service is what customers book: a Thai massage, a haircut, a consultation. Services in the menu lists them all. The quickest start is a photo of your price list in LINE (see Services from a photo); here you fine-tune each one. Owners and managers can change services.

  • + New service at the top, or the dashed New service tile at the end of the grid.
  • Search services, and the tabs Active and Archived.
  • Grid shows cards with the photo, price, length, description and the team’s faces; List is a compact table. Your choice is remembered.
  • Copy makes a new service from an existing one: “A copy was made. Change what is different.”
  • Drag a service (or use Move up / Move down) to change the order customers see.
  • Links to send to customers opens the Links page (see Share your booking link).

Tap a service to open its page. On the right, What customers see previews the card on your booking page as you type; See it as a customer opens the real booking page.

Add a photo: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB. It shows on your booking page and on the links you send. Without one, a neat placeholder with the first letter shows.

Service name, an English name (optional, for customers who use English) and a Description (optional).

Field What it does
Booked by By the time (minutes) for most services, or By the night (rooms, stays) (see Resources and stays)
Length (minutes) 5 to 1,440 minutes
Price (baht) Optional. Leave it empty for open booking: customers just book and no price is shown. A price shows on the booking page and in messages

Tap the people who do this service: a dark outline and a tick mark each one, and Select all picks everyone. Only team members who take bookings are listed.

Under the people, Customers can choose who serves them:

  • On: customers pick a person (or Anyone) on the booking page, and see their names and photos.
  • Off: customers only pick a day and time, and never see anyone’s name or photo. Good for a massage shop where any therapist will do.

Tap the card to open it. The summary line reads like Up to 60 days ahead · at least 1 hour before · change or cancel until 24 hours before.

Field What it does
Prep time before, Rest time after 0 to 240 minutes. The person stays busy for these minutes, but customers only see the service length
Bookable ahead How many days ahead customers can book (1 to 730)
Latest before start How close to the start a customer can still book, in minutes
Change or cancel until Hours before the start. After that, customers are told to contact you
Field What it does
How many customers at the same time For example 10 beds: a time stays open until 10 are booked. With a team, leave it empty to use the number of people free
Who gets each booking Tellfox picks: the free person with the fewest bookings that day; you can change it any time from the calendar. I choose myself: new bookings wait in Needs a person until you give them to someone, and still count against the places

10 therapists on the team, Customers can choose who serves them off, Tellfox picks. Customers just choose a time; each booking goes to a free therapist in the background.

Normally customers can book a service whenever the business is open and someone is free (Whenever the business is open). Choose Only these days and times for a service that runs only on some days or hours, like a lunch menu or kids’ cuts on Tuesday, then switch days on and set their times. It always stays inside your opening hours. Bookings already made stay as they are. Stays booked by the night don’t use this.

With Customers can choose who serves them on, the booking page shows Anyone and the team.

Archive this service at the bottom takes it off your booking page. It stays on past bookings, and Bring back restores it from the Archived tab.

Classes have their own page: see Classes.
