Stop offers from a business
This page is written for the customers of businesses that use Tellfox.
A business can send you offers, like a suggested service or a coupon message, only if you agreed: by ticking Send me offers and promotions from (the business) when you booked, or by telling the business.
Stop offers
Section titled “Stop offers”-
In an offer you received (in LINE or by email), tap Stop offers from this business.

The Stop offers page opens. Opening it changes nothing yet.

Tap Stop offers to confirm.
The page says “Done. (The business) won’t send you offers any more.”
What still comes
Section titled “What still comes”- Booking messages come as usual: confirmations, reminders, moves, cancellations and package messages.
- Coupons the business gives you still go into My cards, just without a message.
Stopping applies to that business and that channel only (LINE or email). Other businesses you agreed to can still send you offers.
