Queue settings and lines
Everything about the queue is set on Queue settings, branch by branch. Owners and managers can change it.
Each line has its own letter and starts again at 1 every day: for example A for 1–2 people, B for 3–4, or one line per service. So a customer gets a number like A013.
-
Under Lines, tap Add a line.
-
Enter the Line name, an English name (optional) and the Letter (one or two letters, A to Z, not used by another line).
-
Choose what the line is By:
- Number of people: set From (people) and To (people). The customer picks the party size when taking a number and lands in the line that fits.
- Service: choose a service, or Any service that takes walk-ins. The customer picks the service when taking a number.
-
Set the Minutes per group (for the wait shown). The wait a customer sees is the groups ahead times these minutes.
-
Tap Save line.
To stop using a line, tap Close this line. If people are still waiting in it, serve or skip those tickets first, then close it. A branch needs at least one line.

Which services take the queue
Section titled “Which services take the queue”Which services take walk-ins is set on each service’s page (see Services). While the queue is on, a service’s page has How customers get it:
- Appointment: booked by time only, as before.
- Queue (walk-ins only): not on the online booking page. Customers take a number at the shop.
- Appointment and queue: bookable and open to the queue. Such a service also offers Can’t wait? Book a time instead to the customers waiting (see Queue, customers and loyalty).
The queue’s LINE messages
Section titled “The queue’s LINE messages”The queue’s LINE messages shows how many of the branch’s size were used this month and how many bought messages are left. Each ticket gets at most 2 messages (almost your turn, and called), and none while the customer has the page open. When they run out, the queue keeps working.
- The queue and the loyalty card: stamps and coupons from the queue. See Queue, customers and loyalty.
- Remote joining: see Remote joining.
