Add a booking for a walk-in or a call

Most customers book themselves, but some walk in or call. Add their booking from the calendar in a few taps. Owners and managers can add bookings. (In LINE, you can also say Book Som for Saturday 2pm Thai massage: see Bookings by message.)

  1. On the Calendar or Bookings page, tap + New booking.

  2. Service: choose the service.

  3. Day: move with the arrows, or tap Today.

  4. Person: Anyone, or one person who does this service.

  5. Free times: tap a time. Only times that are really free are shown.

  6. Customer: search by name or phone and tap Choose, or pick Or add a new customer and enter a Name (a Phone and Email are optional).

  7. Add a Note if you like, then tap Add the booking.

You see “Booking added.” and the booking opens.

The same free times as your booking page: service, day, person, time.
  • The customer is told. A customer with LINE or an email gets the confirmation there, as if they’d booked themselves. A phone number isn’t needed to book.
  • No duplicates. If the phone or email you type belongs to a customer you already have, the booking goes to them: “Booking added to the customer who already has this phone or email. Check the name below.”
  • Your booking rules don’t hold you back. The free times ignore how far ahead and how close customers may book, so you can fit someone in at short notice.
  • Logging a walk-in afterwards works too: pick a time that has already passed. Nobody is sent a message for a booking in the past.
  • Packages. If the customer has a package that covers the service, Use package (7 left) shows and is ticked. Untick it to book without the package.
  • Taken while you were choosing? “Someone just booked that time. These are free now:” with the next free times.

For a service booked by the night (a room, a pet hotel), the steps change: choose the Check-in day and the number of Nights. You see Available with the check-out day, the total price and the room, or “Not available then. Try another day or number of nights.”
