Points and rewards
Points reward customers for what they spend: the more they spend, the more points they get. They trade them for rewards themselves in My cards. Use points with the stamp card or on their own.
Set up points
Section titled “Set up points”Open Loyalty and go to the Points and rewards tab.
-
Switch it On.
-
Set the rate: “1 point for every … spent”, like 1 point for every ฿25 (from 1 to 100,000 baht). The page shows an example of what a payment earns.
-
Pick what it’s Earned on: Completed bookings, Attended classes and/or Packages bought.
-
Tap Save.
- Points come from the price recorded in Tellfox, never typed in. A booking with no price, or paid with a package, earns no points; a package earns when it’s bought, on the amount paid.
- A completed booking that becomes a no-show or is cancelled gives its points back (never below zero; points already spent stay spent).
- Switching points off later keeps every customer’s balance.
Make rewards
Section titled “Make rewards”A reward is what customers trade points for. Each reward gives a coupon, so you need a coupon first.
-
On the same tab, tap + New reward.
-
Type the Name customers see, like “Free 30-min foot massage”, and the Points price.
-
Pick the Coupon it gives (one that can still be given). No coupon yet? Tap + Create a new coupon.
-
Switch on Customers can get it now and tap Save.
Each reward shows how many times it was redeemed. A reward that’s off is hidden from customers. A business can have up to 100 rewards. Changing a reward never touches rewards customers already got.
How customers get a reward
Section titled “How customers get a reward”-
The customer opens your card in My cards and taps See rewards.
-
They tap Get it on a reward they have enough points for (the others show how many more they need).
-
Tellfox asks once more, with their points before and after. They tap Get it, or Not now.
-
The coupon goes into their card. They show their member QR at your counter and your team taps Use.
Points come off only while the balance covers them, and a double tap gives one coupon. A customer who agreed to offers gets a “Your reward is ready” message.
