Weekly class timetable and one-off sessions

The weekly timetable is on each class’s own page: a row for each day, Monday to Sunday. A day can have no time, one or several, like Monday 09:00 · Tuesday 09:00 and 18:00 · Wednesday 07:00. Type it once, save once, and it repeats every week.

A weekly timetable: a day can have several times
  1. Open Classes in the menu, open the class and scroll to Weekly timetable.

  2. On each day the class runs, tap + Add time and choose the start time. Leave the other days empty (“No class”).

  3. If a time differs from the class, fill in only what differs: its spots, its instructor, or its room (where the business has resources). Anything left empty follows the class.

  4. Same times every weekday? Tap Copy to other days, choose the day under “Copy the times of”, pick the days to copy them to, and tap Copy.

  5. Set From and, if you like, Until (optional) for the whole timetable.

  6. Tap Save.

The top of the timetable shows how many times a week the class runs. A timetable holds up to 50 times. On a phone the days stack.

  • The class is on your booking page at once, as far ahead as customers can book, and new dates are added automatically as the days go by.
  • Sessions nobody has booked follow the new timetable.
  • A session people have booked is never moved or removed. If a change touches one, it stays as it is and the page lists it under “Some dates already have people signed up and stay as they are”. You can change those one at a time (see below).
  • Removing a time works the same way: the empty sessions go, the booked ones stay.

Tellfox checks every session against your closed days, your opening hours, the instructor’s working hours and the instructor’s other bookings. A session that clashes is not made, and the page says “2 dates are not on your calendar yet” with the reason for each, like “Outside opening hours” or “The instructor has a booking or another class then”.

  • Tap Add them anyway to make those sessions even outside opening hours or on a closed day.
  • Or tap Choose another coach and give that time another instructor in the timetable.

For a special class or a holiday extra, use One-off sessions below the timetable:

  1. Tap + Add a one-off session.

  2. Choose the Date and Starts at, and the spots, instructor or room if they differ from the class.

  3. Tap Add.

One-off sessions carry a “One-off” tag. The weekly timetable never moves or removes them, and a one-off never changes the timetable. If a one-off clashes with your hours or a closed day, the page says why and offers to make it anyway.

Open the session from Sessions · next 14 days or from the list of one-off sessions, then open Change this session: change the date, the start time, the spots, the instructor or the room, and tap Save. A new time is sent to everyone booked. The spots can’t go below the number of people already booked.
