The data your business keeps in Tellfox belongs to your business. You can take it out any time, and look after your customers’ data under PDPA.
Take your data out

The CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets, and imports back into Tellfox. See Import and export customers.
Delete a customer’s data on request
Section titled “Delete a customer’s data on request”A customer asks you to delete their data? The owner taps Delete or anonymise on the customer page. For a customer who booked, the name and personal details are removed; the bookings and amounts stay in your records. Details in Consent and PDPA.
Nothing is lost when your plan changes
Section titled “Nothing is lost when your plan changes”When you change plan, all your data stays: bookings, customers, services and loyalty. Nothing is deleted. See Your plan.
Who sees what in your business
Section titled “Who sees what in your business”- Owners and managers see every customer.
- Staff see only the customers they serve, and not the amounts paid for packages.
- Every export, download and deletion of customer data is recorded on the Activity page.
