My bookings

This page is written for the customers of businesses that use Tellfox.

My bookings gathers your bookings at every business that uses Tellfox. Open it at tellfox.app/my/, from My bookings on a business’s booking page, or from the card in your chat with Tellfox’s LINE account.

Sign in

Section titled “Sign in”

  1. Open My bookings (in LINE you’re signed in automatically).

  2. In a browser, tap Continue with LINE, or type your email and confirm it with a 6-digit code.

Use the email or LINE you booked with. A booking a business made for you with an email or phone you haven’t confirmed yet shows here once you’ve confirmed that email.

What you see

Section titled “What you see”
  • Coming up: every booking still to come. Tap Open to look at, move or cancel it.
  • Past: bookings that were completed, cancelled or missed.
  • My packages: each package shows “6 of 10 left”, its end date and what it covers. Tap Book to book your next session with it.

The My cards tab at the top holds your stamps, points and coupons. See My cards.
